Delete your StopBy account
What is deleted
- Your account and your devices’ registrations on our servers.
- If you own a household, the household and all of its places, to-dos, and categories, for everyone in it.
- If you belong to someone else’s household, you leave it, and what you added stays with that household.
What is kept
- Database backups are removed within 70 days, and server logs after 30 days.
- Google keeps usage analytics for 14 months and crash reports for 90 days.
- Data on your device stays until you delete the app.
Deleting your account does not cancel StopBy Pro. Cancel it in the App Store (iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).

Sign in the same way you did in the app, with Apple or Google. We only use the sign-in to find your account.
